THIS GROUP WILL CLOSE DOWN ON JUNE 14, 2012. I founded this group in 2008 with the idea of empowering an online/offline community where hikers could safely share info, link up, and plan their own AT Section Hikes. The response was amazing. Dozens of you jumped on board, and we even found a brother organization based out of Georgia. Then I got hired for a job, and my free time dwindled to nothing for awhile. We had a couple of people step up as organizers, in the interim, and they tried t …

There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get. You just run." - John Bingham Now shall I walk or shall I ride? "Ride," Pleasure said. "Walk," Joy replied. - W. Da …

We'll throw some trail biking in the mix depending on the mood. Ending a ride with a cup of coffee at some local coffee shop or a brunch would be nice too!
There are no upcoming Meetups.

Doesn't matter whether you wear rec or speed skates. I usually wear speed and am probably a high intermediate or low advanced skater, but …
