For anyone interested in running rough terrain, including major elevation changes. Flat, hard surfaces are not for rough runners. This is for relaxation + hard exercise in the outdoors - so it is non-competitive, and at times a little walking in big elevation changes. But also not for the faint of heart - figure 15-25 minute per mile pace depending on terrain/average 18-20 min/mile. We'll pick locations and distances to suit the group and day, approximately every two weeks to start.
